		<description>This is a great argument for using solos, and one that I haven&#039;t seen before.  You&#039;re right that someone who owns a business is far more invested in it, and therefore customer/client satisfaction will be much more important to them. 

You could also argue that, unlike a big firm with hundreds of clients, for a solo each individual client is extremely important and will get personal attention.</description>
